I stick to my unholy love for EA carts. Only I love them, they're mine, all mine!!! MWAHAHAHHAAHHAA.

Standard US/EU is simple and compact. IMO it's the best you can make, considering 32x had no end labels.

My Vote is still for the Jap MD Cart Design.

Oh yeah, I think it should be pretty obvious that my vote would be for the 32X. :D

Sunsoft, followed closely by 32X. Great poll!

The Japanese carts always looked cool to me, so they got my vote.

32x gets my vote. Nice evolution of the standard Genesis cart.

"Made in Japan" Genesis/EU MD carts, sleek design (the JP carts look clunky to me and the slot in the side shrows off the symmetry). The Japan produced Genny carts have a smoother finish to the plastick which I prefer. (the Assembled in USA carts usually have a coarse finish and a cheaper plasticy feel)
VR (especially the JP version) and 32x carts are neat, but th elack of end labels kills them. (that's the main drawback of the otherwise better looking SFC/ EU-SNES carts as well -though I think original famicom carts lacked end labels as well)

I chose US/EU for its compact size, followed by 32x for its markings, then Virtua Racing and Codemasters for their interesting shape.
The EA's yellow tab looks awkward, Wisdom Tree looks like a compressed NES, and the Japanese one look huge and clunky.

Is the JP Virtua Racing cart different from the US one? If so, pics please.

Nah, it's the exact same thing, only that the color is grey (I think)

Also, I voted for the US/EU Sega cart. The way all of 'em should have been (except for the Codemasters ones that had the extra 2 ports and the S&K cart)

I love the 32X ones, but they have no end labels, but neither does the SMS Carts. The only difference is the SMS carts came in nice plastic cases. The 32X ones game in cardboard cases. So there is no excuse why the 32X don't have end labels. If they came in nice plastic cases, it wouldn't be that big a deal, but no they don't so it is kind of a big deal.

So why are there two different pictures of the Cosmic Spacehead cart?

Variants. If you notice down the sides one cart curves inward in a circle while the other curves at the top but stays straight near the bottom.
I replaced the Codemaster's unnecessary entry in slot 4 with the Sunsoft cart.
