Need help with 2in1 cart problem

I have a problem with a 2in1 cart that contains both Fantastic Dizzy & Cosmic Spacehead (the cart is official, not pirate), when I turn on the console with the cart in it, a game selection menu was supposed to appear but instead the game boots Fantastic Dizzy.
I've tried to clean the cart but it didn't work, I would have opened it to clean it better but I can't find any bolts to unscrew it.
Also, i'm currently using a Sega Megadrive II attached to a Mega CD II, i'm sure it isn't the console's problem, but just in case...

Are you using a 6-button controller or a 3-button controller?

a 3-button controller.

Buy a Gamebit 4.5 mm and you can unscrew the cart.

ola Gary Oak, o jogo não tem qualquer problema, nem é suposto aparecer nenhum menu. quando aparece o logo da codemasters com o Dizzy a correr, simplesmente pressiona "resest" e isso é o switch de jogo. aparece-te novamente o logo codemasters mas agora para jogar Cosmic Spacehead.
