All I can say is right now there's someone else on eBay I suspect is pulling a huge scam with photo copying the cover inserts and mixing that with reprints of games in order to appear to be selling the original complete game, when he's really just mixing and matching junk. Not everyone believes me, but then again, they can't prove me wrong either :p

I will say the Sonic 1 he has seems odd. Didn't Sonic 1 originally have the tab at the top? I thought the reason sealed games have the split plastic at the top was in order to let that tab poke out. No such tab on his copy, which means no reason for the split. I could be over thinking this though..

Pictures are good, but not too big.
SO far i see some bend on manual on top, also check the cart itself. Looks like some minor dust to me.

Problem is that his genny games ALL look absolutely the same and all extremely "shiny".
Instead of oval seal on top or "over the hangtab seal" all his genny games has an artificial cut on top with the hangtab out. It has indeed been made manually and is bullshit.

From my big experience genesis games exist in MANY types of seals. Many look very different, not to mention a lot of genny sealed game at least must show signs of wear on the wrap as well as they are 15+ years.
Sega wrapping was worst ever and degenerates badly comparing to nintendo stuff.

So
1) All his sealed games look the same
2) All brand spanking new and shiny like they were wrapped yesterday and never made it to the stores.

Why I blocked him ? - he tries to tell me how to sell my games... This is AMERICA... I can sell what I want and how much... It's just like watching PICKERS on the History channel... Personally, any seller with tons of sealed games for sale sends a red flag to me, much like those people who sell tons of celebrity autographs which have a 99.9% chance of being counterfeit (How does one seller get multiple Jaws posters, signed by all of the main cast members, including one who died years ago?).

While it is possible that a person bought tons of sealed games on the cheap back in the day and decided to sit on them all this time, it seems pretty unlikely to me. But hey, you can buy them but remember that, like many things of this nature on eBay, you are doing so at your own risk.

I know almost everything about sealed games. I am senior member of Sealed Game Heaven, community dedicated to sealed games collecting. This guy (RPGARCANA) was part of our community, yet he was lurking there. I guess he learned a lot from us and turned it into profit. And that's badass.
I must say his reseals are TOP quality reseals. You won't find better ones.
The only difference between original sega seals is that he cuts the top of the wrap where the hangtab sticks out.
And he buys only VERY MINT games to reseal. That means you won't see any external signs of use at all.

I see absolutely no logic here, as in there has so far been zero evidence to even show that this NARU'd ebay user is the same person as RPGARCANA. Why is that not being provided? He might somewhat display the signs of a scammer(like calling people out on how they type yet he seems to think that a dash somehow makes up for proper punctuation :), but I've yet to see any proof, just speculation.

Personal grudges aside, if there's going to be any REAL case against this guy, we need actual proof, not just telling us that he's scammed and leaving us to just assume it's true. As it is now I'm inclined to believe he's not scamming anyone since I can't find any link yet to this previous person who was selling reseals.

he bought a resealed game from rarebucky (and it was stated that it's a reseal), opened it, found out that it's not mint inside (realized that he could not reseal it i guess) and wanted to return it back. lol

also one big sega collector from UK, daniel parker aka chris68690 tracks this guy as well. And know perfectly what he's doing as well.

Well, whatever the case, the prices are enough to call this man a rip off artist. It's a wonder some people are dumb enough to buy some of his things at those prices. If your positive feedback is all you can account for then seriously stfu, this account you use hasn't been used for too long. THE ROMANTICISM WITH AMERICANS AND THE SHRINK WRAP HAS BECOME A GIFT AND A CURSE! BACK IN THE EARLY DAYS, YOU COULD RETURN A GAME CART TO THE RETAILERS. THEN STORES DROPPED THE HAMMER ON IT DUE TO KIDS PLAYING a game and either can't beat it or realizing it sucked. A big time buyer way back when duped a local retailer during the 8/16 bit wars by buy a bulk load of games resealing them and returning them. Big problem : he swapped the games with wooden duds! Our bros in japan would have been making shitloads more money if Sega and Nintendo shrunk wrap their domestic games. I will continue my rant in another post!!!!!
