ps1 imports

Do you guys know of any good import only ps1 games? I've had a mod chip in my ps1 for over 10 years and I've never imported. I've just played burned games. I looked into the Gradius Deluxe Pack, but it seems way too expensive.

...that's all I got. I definitely imported more PS2 games than I did PS1, which was probably one of the best systems in terms of bringing over the good games to the US.

You should also check out Namco Museum Encore since it's got Dragon Saber and Rolling Thunder on it and Gunners Heaven (also available on the Japanese PSN for 600 yen)

The Adventure of Little Ralph - also expensive as hell but you can get this on your PS3 or PSP for 600 yen if you have a Japanese PSN account.

I heard that it was expensive as well (Over $90!) but I went on Ebay and bought a complete copy for under $50 this weekend. It seems the price may be quickly dropping since it's release on the Japanese PSN.

And I was in the same boat as the OP this past week, a friend gave me his modded PS1 and I've been looking for games. Other than Little Ralph, this is what I've ordered so far:

Vib Ribbon
Gunner's Heaven
Einhander
Ganbare Goemon: Kurunarakoi! Ayashigeikka no Kurokage
Ganbare Goemon: Uchuu Kaizoku Akogingu
(I really dig the Goemon/Mystical Ninja series)

All the games complete were under 10-20 each, not bad at all.

On the expensive side of things, Moon: Remix RPG Adventure is the best RPG never released in the US, unfortunately it's over $100 used!

Really? This is a great PS shooter. I hug my copy of the game everyday. Check out the other stages on Youtube if you're not convinced. Btw, I'd rather play this game over any NES shooter any day. Period.
