Cartridge based home consoles have cartridges with labels, yes? Let's have a topic discussing the absolute largest and most ridiculously small.
This is my vote for the largest:
TENGEN (NES UNLICENSED)

I mean really, NES labels are large enough, but Tengen labels fill the entire face of the basic NES cart design. That is just plain overkill... Then again, I actually really like large labels. :p
Now for my pick on the smallest label. I can't decide between:
NEO-GEO AES
http://i291.photobucket.com/albums/ll310/shaorin-chan/VIDEO%20GAMES/VIDEOGAMECARTRIDGECOMPARISON.jpg
Now I realize these cartridges clearly don't have the absolute smallest label, but I'm choosing AES simply on the grounds that the labels are stupidly small in comparison to the cartridge shell. That's just a waste.
And...
Super Nintendo

Again, the label probably doesn't seem that small, but you can barely see the small thumbnail artwork on most cartridges. Why not get rid of the black border and just fill the entire label with artwork? Shame...
Feel free to post what you think are the biggest/smallest cartridge labels.

Intellevision is about as vanilla as it gets. It's pretty much a label at the top of the cartridge, and nothing more.

MSX is pretty good for label to cart (or cassette :P) ratio.

I think the smallest all around award should go to the DS:

I said home console labels, but meh whatever.
How about we include controllers? I'll edit the thread title to reflect the change.
Biggest System-Bundled Controllers
NEO-GEO AES
How ironic...

^Whoops, didn't see that in the title. Sorry about that man :D
I don't know if it would count as labels, but the TG-16/PCE has small cartridge art. They aren't really labels, though. They are kinda painted on or something.

I think HuCard "labels" are actually painted on the plastic. Similar to how say "Genesis" or "High Definition Graphics" are painted onto a Genesis.

^Thought so. I can't really think of any other small labels. I think they were all pretty much covered in the above posts.

How about large labels now? We could go by a plastic-to-label ratio, like say the Neo has a small PtL ratio while the MSX has a huge one. I think in general Japanese Mega Drive wins the biggest PtL ratio. There's one in the picture with a Neo AES cart. It's the Arrow Flash game.

The only huge labels I can think of are Atari 2600. Though I haven't held or seen a 2600 game in along time, I think they have sticker labels.

The Atari 7800 carts had huge labels, that pretty much covered the face of the cartridge.

Nahh. The Master System cartridge labels are even more vanilla. Just a thin slab with a red and black wireframe and the name of the game in Times New Roman font.

What's even worse I think about SMS is that the label DOES curve overtop of the label to make an end-label, but there's no text on it. At least on none of the SMS games I own. What a waste...

^And to make matters even worse, some have typos. Psycho Fox is mispelled "Psyco Fox". Honestly, how do you not notice that? Thousands of cartridges with an error as obvious as that, and nobody even bothered to look.
Here's the only pic I could find:

The American cases are just as plain.
The Intellevision carts still have the least amount of label use of any console cart I know of though. ;)

This is the controller bundled with the Panasonic FS-A1. Surprisingly for being so tiny, it's actually a pretty good controller.

hmm size of label i think should be a in porportion to the amount of the actual surface area sure neo go labels are huge but the carts are enormous
i think the intellivision and intv atari carts win the smallest label award
how about this http://www.atariage.com/2600/carts/c_ArtilleryDuelChuckNorrisSuperkicks_front.jpg
it takes up a lot of surface area

Since I played Master System games before I could even read, the cartridges being just labeled with text was very bothersome to me.

SMS controllers are slightly smaller than NES.

I assume you mean M-Network VCS carts, not Intev. Intev was the later company to market the re-branded IV hardware after Mattel dumped it. (supposedly selling as many units post-crash as Mattel had before -3 Million)
I think either MD/Genny or VCS carts had the largest label per frontal plastic surface area.
