spacer and rf question...

Hi again,
I have a 32X and model 2 and they work perfectly. I don't use the spacer or that rf electromagnetic junk. I was wondering what are the long term consequences if you don't use them? And what do they even do???

The spacer is simply to make the 32X-Model 2 hookup prettier.

The RF shield is just for the fools at the FCC and does nothing but scratch up your system.

Hmmmm... I always made it a point to play every single Genesis, Sega CD and 32X game made which meant A LOT of rentals. Maybe that is how my Genesis got Herpes. Well it's time to apply the ointment...
