Half of this is true and half is BS. I'll send Air Zonk and the RF Adaptor out tomorrow, I was hoping to find Spriggan that way I could send everything to you at once. Aside from that I haven't had my car since the 4th so while I could've still gotten to the post office, things weren't made easier.


to make a long story short, he duped me out of two games, and half of the games he listed in the deal were not the games i got.

I didn't dupe you out of anything, you're still going to get everything you bought. As for the part about half of the games not being what you got, that's a complete lie. I looked up every single title using the codes on them and there was also a picture, so I don't know where you're getting that I didn't send the right games. You even thanked me for sending 3x3 Eyes which I hadn't listed(or at least not to my knowledge).


AFTER he received the money he wrote me and let me know that the av cable for the system was screwey and loose and i should watch out when i plug it into the t.v. ....not cool.

I had a 2nd set of the AV cables I could send but I figured that wasn't really much of a problem. If they're honestly a problem I can send you the 2nd set.


anywyas this guy is super-shady and i suggest not buying things from him at all unless it's an ebay auction where you can actually get him in trouble if he screws you over. i'm still trying to get him to send me what i paid for and if he doesn't i'm considering looking into the "mail fraud" thread of this section and doing whatever i can to get him. do not deal with this guy... he is shady and probably already has what you are trading for or buying listed on ebay and WILL SELL IT... i think thats what happened to half of the games he was supposed to send to me. :mad:

Once again you're lying out of your arse. You got every single game that was listed and in the picture, sans Spriggan and Air Zonk which I've already mentioned. I had a 2nd Duo-RX without the box for sale which happened to have duplicates(go figure).

the problem your story is this... you never even told me you "couldn't find" spriggan or air zonk until after you had my money. you told me you received the payment, and THEN told me about the faulty av cable and that you "couldn't find" spriggan (which was listed in one of your other ebay auctions.)

Spriggan I couldn't find after the fact, but I found Air Zonk where I was packing the system and games.


i had to check the games when i got them to discover that air zonk (another game you had listed on ebay) was not to be found. brandish? missing too. yes i did thank you for sending 3x3 eyes, even though it still stands that this was shady from the get-go.

If Brandish was actually missing you had 3 weeks to mention it and never did. So I find it a little odd you're just now saying you don't have it.


if it had duplicates, then why so hard to send me the copies of the games i ALREADY PAID FOR??? i mean the auction hadn't ended yet, you could have removed those games from it and sent them to me. but it's been 3 weeks now since you got my money. oh yeah and it was funny how you made me pay extra to get a tracking number and when i asked you what it was, you replied "867-5309" like the song. funny, haha.

I removed the listing after you bought it, not sure what you're talking about there. I had a 2nd auction which had 9 or so games, none of which were Air Zonk or Spriggan. I never made you pay extra for tracking, I said I would get tracking on it because I never send anything out without tracking. You received the Duo and the bulk of the games(47-48 games) within a week of having sent the Money Order. Yeah, I was being a bit of a jackass with the DC# but that was only after you had made several posts saying I was a scammer (this was before you got the console, and after you received it) as well as sending veiled threats.

if you found air zonk when you were packing the system, why didnt you send it? so that means you found it and just decided not to put it in with the stuff i bought? your stories don't add up. hopefully you will actually send me the games with no further problems. i'm not going to argue or fight about it anymore, if i don't get what i paid for i will just leave it in someone else's more capable hands.

I'm not directly trying to defend JRedmond3... but Dude! 47 games?? And you don't think something might get misplaced or overlooked?? Really??? Especially if he's doing this and ebay auctions... As long as he makes things right with you "eventually" I really don't see what the problem is.... I personally would never shell out $400 bucks UNLESS it was Ebay... That's your problem for trusting... And yet... he's staying in contact with you. At least you GOT something back... Legally he could of taken the money and ran! But he didn't...

Edit: And why didn't you use paypal??? Why the hell would you send a money order... He does EBAY so you know he has a paypal account.... If you had gone thru paypal (as long as you didn't send it as a gift) and there was a problem.. Paypal would of taken care of it for you! Lesson learned...

Technically I don't owe you Spriggan. I mean I'll send it when I find it but you haven't exactly done much to spur the search. All you've done is whine since we first agreed on the deal. Like I said before you received the pc engine within a week of me receiving your money order(and you even got an extra game I didn't know I had). In that time frame of 1 week you accused me of being a scammer and posted a bunch of BS on any sales threads I had.

If I was really the untrustworthy, shady, liar that you claim I am, then do you honestly think my master plan in all of this would be to send you everything(pc engine +48 games) except for one game, get real.

nothing is up with me. it was my own fault for not using paypal or paying through ebay. i take the blame for what happened. i paid him with a money order, something i will never do again.

Just got a nice lot of Saturn games from this fellow. Excellent transaction with great packaging for shipping, everything showed up nicely minus a few broken Saturn hinges but that's life with longboxes :\

I also recommend modifying this thread title to something less inflammatory since everyone but the first poster seems to have had a good experiences.
