update - never gave a full refund and disappeared (more details on my response to this thread)...probably doesn't mater since i doubt he'll be back to this sight anytime soon.

Good seller and good comunication.
Unfortunately the item i bought when bad a few days after I got it, but what really shows this guy is a good stand-up guy is that he told me to ship it back for a refund without hestitation (pending verification that the item is defective)

the item is definetely defective lol.... how it got to be that way is beyond me though. :) i'll be sending you your refund in probably 4-5 days. if you have a paypal account, just pm me with it and i'll do it that way sometime this week hopefully.

Shadow Dancer did give me a refund around the end of July for most of my money, but was short $15 due to financial problems which he promised to pay later. He has not logged on since Sept to Sega-16 and has not responded to emails or pm's (might try snail mail)
I'm willing to accept that maybe some stuff is happening on his end (and if that is so, I wish him luck), but the fact is this is a blemish and I waited a really long time before posting this. May not matter since it may be the case that he is not coming back to the forums.
