Opinions on the DBZ versus fighter?

all you need is a game genie (no codes needed) or you take the top off your genesis

It's okay. Crappier low-res graphics compared to the SNES fighters but it's got a lot of characters and slightly better gameplay.

There's only one DBZ game on Genesis right? I think I've played this one, it's okay but there's a lot of dialogue before the fight begins which is all in Japanese, which can get tiring, and for some reason I'm never able to get past the second round. The opponent has this strange ability when he's almost out of health to special attack you several times in succession and kill you. :S

That's if I get the European version instead of the Japanese one, right?

Both Japanese and European versions are region-free. You should have no problem with any of them running in your american Mega Drive. No adaptors needed. But I suppose you'll prefer the European version because of the cartridge shape.

well i have the Japanese DBZ and sines cartridge shape is diffrent then the american genesis i use a game genie to play it
