Is it possible somehow? I've heard that at least some 32x games have no region coding

Well the main problem your gonna come across isn't really region coding.
Darxide is a PAL only game. This means it runs at 50hz in PAL color as opposed to the North American and Jap 60hz in NTSC color (actually 59.97hz).
Yeah, Darxide won't run on a U.S. 32X. You need a PAL one and a PAL MD to play it.
Of course, there's always Kega or Gens. :P

Why does Fifa 96 run on a US 32x then?

Fit your Genesis with a 50/60Hz and a country switch (http://www.severedbbs.u-net.com/fletcher/mdconv.txt or http://www.mikeg2.freeserve.co.uk/masterful/md2lang.html for MDII). Then fit your 32x with a compatibility switch (http://www.segakore.net/articles/switch_32x.php). Then make or buy a RGB cable (because the frequency switch will not give you colour when using composite) (http://www.gamesx.com/avpinouts/genesisav.htm). Then play games from all over the world.
