Some Summer Cleaning

I've been thinking of ways to tighten things up, and the first thing I've done is move the Record Breakers forum into Insert Coin. In a year, that RB has only received 11 threads, so it's not really worth it to keep it as a separate forum.

I'll be doing some more cleaning in the next few weeks. :)
