What games have been released posthumously for the Sega Dreamcast? Under Defeat, I know, but what else?

Depends on how you define posthumously. Under Defeat was an official release. Was Ikaruga posthumous?

But, releases in Japan of the last couple years are as follows:

2006: Radirgy, Under Defeat
2005: Angel Wish, Trizeal
2004: Izumo, Puyo Puyo Fever, Shikigami no Shiro 2, Psyvariar 2, Baldr Force EXE, Chaos Field, several hentai games

GOAT has released some games independently:
2006/07: some upcoming releases
2005: Inhabitants, Maqiupai, Cool Herders

Cool Herders was fun. Could have been a GBA game, but that didn't stop it from being fun.

The DC has a pretty awesome homebrew scene too. They're all the time releasing stuffs for it.
