I've found that shipping first class from USPS to Canada is just a few cents more expensive (at least for games). I've shipped three things to Canada recently and it wasn't bad...maybe 50 cents to a dollar more.

I'll combine shipping and refund the amount that is not used.

It costs around $5 to ship a game for me.
As far as I know it's $3 to ship and $1 for the bubble mailer, Last time I shipped a NES game it cost me a little over $4. Since I going to be driving to the post office for this, taping up all the mailers, printing out my own lables and be using tracking I added another $1 in there. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but if my shipping is to high I can't really do anything about it.

I added Canada.. but ebay bumps up the shipping by $3 and I have no control over it. Sorry.
