Someone tell me how in the hell a PAL copy of a US sports game ended up in Syracuse, NY?

Today, I made some "big" Genesis purchases which knocked down a third of my Genesis want list and when I was at the store that sells tons of great genesis games I noticed this was displayed on the shelf. Too bad the shelf was 95% sports games. How many scrungy copies of Madden do you need?

In the future when I go back, is $19 a good price for a complete Phantasy Star 1? I think it might be so, but I know it has the box atleast.

Phantasy Star 1 on Mega Drive or Master System?

The Mega Drive version should be worth a fortune since there were only like 1000 or 2000 copies made.
The Master System version for some reason is very cheap, at least here in Europe.

Dammit, I want a shop like that too. Although I live in one of Germany´s most important cities I don´t know a single shop that sells old console stuff...

It's a nice price if it's complete. Without manual, it's an ordinary price.
