View Full Version : Sega No Longer Services CDXs

I just got off the phone with Sega Parts, Sega's Offical Repair people, and they no longer repair CDXs. So if it breaks, like mine did, you're pretty much screwed =(

I will keep my CDX as it still plays genesis games, and tinker with it and maybe be able to fix it myself. The load screen comes on but it wont load the game, it doesnt spin. However it will play an audio cd.

Why didn't they tell you this before you sent it to them?

Welp, this is Sega Parts we are talking about! The company who hasn't updated their site in years and charges out of the butt and into the fuck for controllers, games and god knows whatelse they might have in stock. :daze:
