No, we don't have such equipment. Would probably be pretty useless for practical purposes I imagine, since you can just do your development on an average PC nowadays thanks to emulation.

But a nice collector's piece none the less. :)

As was mentioned over at SpritesMind about this, that's just the SEGA side - it doesn't come with the PC side + PC software, so it's really little more than a regular MD with a region switch. Good for a collector, not good for a developer.
