You've rearranged your listings!

I liked the previous method of grouping listings. For example:

http://video-games.ebay.co.uk/ (top page)
Sega
Dreamcast/'Mega Drive/ Genesis'/Master System/Game Gear/Saturn
Accessories/Consoles/Games

How hard is that to navigate? It means that you can go from browsing Dreamcast accessories to Dreamcast games, then back up to the top Sega category in only a couple of clicks. Now, it's something like this:

http://video-games.ebay.co.uk/ (top page)
Accessories
Sega Dreamcast/Sega Mega Drive/ Genesis/Sega Game Gear/Nintendo GameCube/etc etc etc

http://video-games.ebay.co.uk/
Consoles & Systems (same thing, surely?)
Sega Dreamcast/Sega Mega Drive/ Genesis/Sega Game Gear/Nintendo GameCube/etc etc etc

http://video-games.ebay.co.uk/
Games
Sega Dreamcast/Sega Mega Drive/ Genesis/Sega Game Gear/Nintendo GameCube/etc etc etc

It's frustrating, and it's against common sense. Why the sudden change?

I'm not a fan of ebay's new listings. It's annoying that you can't see all Mega Drive items at once anymore.

Stores and websites rearrange things all the time. I'm convinced it's to confuse customers...that way the customers spend more time in the store looking for whatever they usually go to, and might by more stuff along the way.

Stores are evil.

I just saw that too, it's stupid. Makes things harder to sort through when searching. Arrrgh.

Yeah, it's bad enough that the sellers themselves can't identify their own product (http://cgi.ebay.com/Ambitions-of-Scissor-Mega-Drive-JP-IMPORT_W0QQitemZ180025404576QQihZ008QQcategoryZ620 53QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem). :) I don't think it's a huge pain just because I rarely comb through listings by catagory, but that is a hurdle for those that do. Then again, that does seem to be preserved here:
