Just now got the idea to do this

This is going to be great fun and hook someone up big time

Entry is 3 dollars. You may only have up to two entries

Once there are 15 entries I am gonna draw a random raffle paper
Out of a hat and declare the winner.

Winner gets the cib toejam and earl shipped to them

This is very cool.

I do not want any payment until all 15 tickets are reserved

So basically a 1 in 15 chance to get t&e for 3 dollars

ha I'm bored on Saturday night and this is what I think of

Hmmm I need a life

of course not, because its like throwing away $3 for something you might not even win.

You probably should of made it $2.50x10 =25 <-- People probably don't like the idea of someone making way more then a games worth.

We used to do a free game raffle. That was fun. I wish it hadn't fallen out.

Raffles are actually forbidden by paypal. I can't link you to an exact clause in their TOA, but a google search turned up this from another forum:

"It was recently brought to our attention that Paypal does not allow it's service to be used to accept payments for things like lottery tickets, raffle tickets, or any other form of activity that involves an entry fee with prizes. They consider this to be "gambling" and international gambling laws are a serious matter."
