I don't think any of the big proto guys post here, except maybe BeaglePuss and MrMark. I suggest contacting either of them about this information, they could at least point you to whatever forum the Sega proto guys hang out.

I have a copy of the ROM, but no physical copy. It's kind of neat to see it in action, especially on actual hardware.

A beta version of SCE or the well-known SFII Turbo Beta? (2MB/16Mbit, different sound engine, no Capcom logo, etc)
