Heart of the Alian / Out of this World Problem

I have the file downloaded from Home of the Underdogs ( 41mb ) however no sound plays during the introductions sequences for both games. Why? I know sound SHOULD be at the beginning of both games - how can I get it to work?

The sounds take up the most space on the CD, you are probably missing the mp3 file, since 41 megs is really tiny for a sega CD game...

I don't think underdogs has the full version of any of the CD games, too much bandwidth
