How to use Pro Action Replay 2

I just purchased a Pro Action Replay 2 for the Mega Drive. Unfortunately it did not come with instructions. Can someone please tell me how to use it? I cant find anything about how to use the options and the switch thats on the side of it.

Is it possible for someone to scan their manual???
