What is the Canadian to US $$$ exchange rate? I am too lazy to determine this on my own even though I could find the answer with a few mouse clicks. But I think that is asking way too much of a person of my capabilities so I leave the answer in your good hands.

35$ = 31.50 US or so

Cool. I assume you want to be paid in Canadian dollars as well? I only know how to pay in US dollars because I am very introverted and do not pay attention to anything outside of my own country since I am a Super Patriot. I feel all other countries should do our bidding and that means converting our money to their standards. I plan to run for President someday.

Also, do your games have French text in the manuals/box covers?

nik
10-03-2006, 03:11 PM
I don't care how I'm paid, and I'm sure a couple complete games have french in them, no more then 1 or 2, good thing paypal auto converts for super patriots like yourself, or things might get complicated for you.

On a side note, I'd reccomend you stop playing games, since 90% of them come from japan, a super patriot wouldn't be caught dead driving a vehicle, or playing a game from another country.

Although again 90% of the items created come from asia in their manufacturer plants anyway..

im seriously thinking about the Sega CD (model II)... it plays US games, right?

im not sure about it yet, but it is in consideration, without a doubt... (i have been hunting one down cheap for awhile now..)

i was thinking about the model I Sega CD, but if the model II is cheeper, and plays the same games, I'd take that instead...

i will get back to you by the end of the week, ok?

Argh stupid internet didn't accept my post.

j_factor, sorry, Lunar the Silver star is pending, however Dark Wizard is still up for grabs.

Shipping, I can do one of 2 things:

- Regular airmail with the case for about 6$ (shipping blows here, even withen canada it starts at that for us no matter what it is except letterpost)
- Letterpost. If you have an extra case, I would reccomend it, I'll ditch the plastic case and mail the game, back slip and manual with a protective cardboard sleeve in it for about 3$.

evildragon, the Model 1 is all about coolness factor, it stacks, so it takes less of a footprint then the model 2, as that one locks the CD beside the genesis, however, the Model 2 has a much cooler music intro, far more catchy.

Everything for sale is NTSC, Canadians always get what you folks get, the odd game has french on the instructions but I myself have very few of those.

I can now finally listen to my "Sonic CD (US Version) with Japanese music"...

Did you play that arcade 4 game one? I hope I remembered to toss that in..

Streets of rage is actually pretty neat, some sound effects were "upgraded"

yea, i got the CD with it.. I put it on for a quick second (because I had to leave to visit my mother).. i liked the video intro to "SEGA", that actually looked fairly good for Sega CD (considering I play MegaRace, lol)

When I get home tomorrow, I want to try out the Revenge of Shinobi, I've heard it's a good game..

I know it's already gone, but what was the Dragon Warrior V reproduction? I've never seen a copy of the game outside of the Japanese release.

www.gamereproductions.com

he makes them, and transfers the english ROM onto a doner SNES game, adds some memory chips, and voila, Dragon Warrior V. He makes his own stickers, good deal at 45$, since memory chips themselves cost 10$ and a doner cart probably 10 since it needs a save feature.

It's the only SNES game he makes but he will take requests... I was thinking of bahamut lagoon, or Secret of mana's sequel or something else, but the bigger the game is, the more memory chips it takes so that would be more.

His NES games are cool too, and about half that price!

Oh yes, they could easily double the SNES game selection here.

Keep in mind though, some games on his site are custom hacks sent in by other buyers, so if you have a hack of a game you like, he will make it for you.
