WTB: Streets of Rage 3 loss cart

Like the title says I'm looking for a loose cart of Streets of Rage 3. I'm not willing to pay $60 for a game that's in no way rare or hard to find (why I haven't bought one locally) but I'd pay a fair amount for a clean loose cart.
