i will give you a few tips to buy this game;
best is ask someone who lives in japan and knows much about videogames;
second best is to ask a trustfull ebay seller like superb articles from japan cause;

1) PC cames in a Sunsoft Case many seller's change the case with a normal case
2) the PC cart does not fit exactly in the sunsoft case its a little bit bigger and deformes the cart holder in the case a little bit. If it fits correct or and the sunsoft logo is not on the case ->case changed or bootleg
3) here you can see the cotton cart next to "normal Games"
from left to right;
little ( z. B. Vapor Trail ) normal ( Daris II ) big ( Panorama Cotton )

4) The Game is just a full price Game if the Reg Cart and the 32x flyer cames with it
The Number on the correct Reg Cart is T-15103

Panorama Cotton was released in a normal clamshell case, not the small Sunsoft case.

I got mine about 4 years ago for $150 complete. You're not likely to find one for less than $100 nowadays.
