This is the tool that lets you program in BASIC and some 68K ASM. Has anyone here had a chance to use it? It seems promising, though I'm sure most tech wizards prefer pure ASM programming on the Genny. Still, I'm interested in knowing if it has any merits such as an introduction to programming or whatnot.

It's like any BASIC compiler in that it is a gateway to better programming languages. The original developer has been MIA for some time so there's plenty unfinished. The forums are knowledgeable but pretty dead. I use it because of nostalgia mainly as it reminds me of QuickBASIC.

I'd seriously consider starting with C and enjoying a much wider, active community.
