There's a huge flickering thingy in the middle of the video. Too powerful Blast Processing.

That would be the refresh rate of the TV being picked up by my camera. Take a video camera and film your TV and you'll see it too.

i've never seen a model 1 with a CPU like that before.. that's weird..

Yeah thats the last board revision before they went to the model 2. The CPU is the slightly more efficient Hitachi 68K.

is the motherboard even in the original shell?

cause it says High Definition Graphics, and well, I thought only the original revisions had that...

The original shell was pretty scratched up. I was able to get another lid that was in much better shape and replace it.

ok cool.. hope it sells..

(btw, does it need the switch to boot it?)

Nope no switches. It runs great with absolutely no issues. My main Genesis is set up like this one. I can't go back to the stock CPU speed, especially with Thunderforce IV.

im gonna go for the 9MHz overclock.. it's what i wanted to do originally, cause i thought there'd be no problems or compatibility...

it's funny Sega even downclocked the 68k in the first place, cause the chips they used were rated for 8MHz..
