I could see low balling it for the cases. But I wouldn't have paid anywhere near so much for them.

Yeah, the cases are probably more valuable than the actual games at this point. If someone had a lot of money to throw around, I could see someone buying a big lot like that just to have extra cases for the games in his personal collection.
