I have figured out how you can dual monitor a Sega 32X.. It's so ingenius too..
Do not do this mod as there's no reason to do it, as there's no game or software that even does this method (i only wrote a quick test app to test the theory)
1. Cut the R, G, B lines going TO the 32X, but leave the C-Sync line (this allows the 32X to not have Genesis video, but have a stable image to show it's own picture.)
2. Connect the Composite Video on the Genesis to TV 1.
3. Connect the Composite Video on the 32X to TV 2.
Tada, dual monitoring..
Now, all you have to do is make a program that uses the Genesis VDP to show one image, and the 32X VDP to show another...
What this mod does: Stops the "overlaying", or "mixing" from taking place, and then allows us to have two completely independent VDPs, instead of one VDP complementing the other...
I will show pictures of this running soon when I can (im not at home at the moment)
