Almost three years ago, we interviewed (http://www.sega-16.com/feature_page.php?id=46&title=Interview:%20Tony%20Van) former Sega producer Tony Van, and he had a great story to tell about developing the Sega CD version of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. One of the more controversial FMV titles, it attempted to go in a new direction with the standard gameplay of the genre, and it went from pre-production to release in less than ninety days, due to Van being presented with an almost impossible deadline. Some love it, and others hate it, but it's definitely a game you need to play at least once. Check out our full review (http://www.sega-16.com/review_page.php?id=1145&title=Mighty%20Morphin%27%20Power%20Rangers) and see what contributor Jonathan Dogey thinks!

so many afternoons of my childhood were spent watching the Power Rangers, those first few seasons (pretty much up to the first movie) were great.

I haven't played the Sega CD game, a used game store I sometimes frequent has a used copy for 10 bucks, but I've been hesitant to buy it. I'll probably let it sit on the shelf a bit longer haha.

This game's a lot of fun to play for nostalgia on the series, if nothing else. It's not exactly easy on the later levels, either.
