Hi Sega fans,
By now, a few of you have heard of me through Melf who has poured an extensive amount of TLC into this humble site. I am the editor-in-chief of GotNext, a gaming enthusiast site created last year. This is actually the second site I've managed, the first is known as The Next Level which was founded over 6 years ago. Upon launching GotNext, I became aware of Melf's plan to create a website of his own dedicated to the Sega's 16-bit era and the rest is history. For the record, I am simply an silent assistant here, Melf is still the ultimate boss man of this domain!
As briefly expressed in his recent anniversary picture, Sega-16 has made exceptional progress within its first year. Now that the direction and momentum has remained relatively consistent, we're looking to make several significant improvements to improve both the site and forum's visual appeal. A few steps have been taken to spice up the Sega 16 logo as well as the overall look of the discussion board (note the icky themes are now a thing of the past).
And while we're excited to bring these new changes to you, Sega-16's growth also depends on its dedicated reader base. For those of you with websites who'd like to help promote the site -- we have created several new banners of assorted sizes for you to use at your other online destinations or favorite forum discussion boards. Should you have any questions about the site, please don't hesitate to contact Melf who is always happy to offer feedback.
Below are the latest banners, please save them to your PC.
