Have you ever hooked up your synthesizer, and start playing video game music?

I hooked up a DX7 I'm in the middle of fixing, and while I had two voices finally loaded (DX-7 II FD), I played a song I heard from Snatcher, and can't seem to think of the name of the song!

(i'll record it in a bit)

The DX7 is one of the synths which has the YM2612 soundchip in it, right? Do they make new synths with that chip or should I get an old one?

I love those Final Fantasy and Mega Man 2 songs, they are hilarious! :D

When I used to play guitar - and that's years ago - I had a blast playing the stage 1 tune from After Burner II. I love the music from this game.
