Hello again,

Guys ye must tell me about the legend that is the G-Zeus, I've heard his name echoed every now and again down sega-16 big corridors, he seemed to be on the forum for around 2 months was kicked 3 times? And amassed an enormous 496 post in that time,

He also seemed to have it in for joe and evilD, please just fill me in a little about this legend, (I'll admit to great entertainment reading back over some of the rubbish he posted)

So ya tell me a little please, is there any chance he'll ever be back, I say let him back to brighten up our mornings with the rubbish he spewed!

GZeus was just a troublemaker to say the least. Although he was right sometimes about some things, he just didn´t know where to stop.

He was really causing a bad atmosphere in these forums.

He wasn't banned 3 times. At least, not that I know of. Only once. However I believe Melf lifted his ban, but he has not come back.

Other than that there's not too much to tell. Just do a search and read his posts.

what's funny, was that on the GamesX forum, they barely ban anyone, and it takes a LOT to piss off Lawrence, but damn, GZeus did it somehow.

I think it all started from RGB talk, which is a bad mistake, lol

God thats more grade A comedy from that eejit, please tell me of some of the other forums he's been on (more than likely banned from), what does he expect? He seems to come on a forum, declare hopes that it isn't like the other list... that he was banned/left in a storm and continues on before the inevitable happens, what a comedian.

Honestly, I don't know what other forums he's been on.. I remember he was on a Master System forum, and was trying to tell an expert programmer he was wrong... lol

Truthfully, and sadly, he doesn't even know HE'S the problem.

I never had any problems with the chap, however, the technical rants and debates got very boring very quickly. I loved his final posts were he was arguing with Melf who simply banned the guy and commented:

What I did may have been a hoax, but the technical possibilities were doable, just not like how I "claimed" to do it.. GZeus just didn't want to admit ANY of it..

If I said TV's internally are all RGB, he'd say I was full of it...

I didn't have time to give any reasons when banning Firebane and Icebane as "they" were busy making the forums completely unreadable. We had a hard time deleting their posts until the admin came in and did it a half hour later or so. I believe we also put a restriction on how many images can be put in a single post as a result. The user's only posts were to mess up the forum, and it makes me wonder if it was GZeus, but the IPs weren't close I don't think.

I hope "Goodnight Saigon" isn't reference to somebody being banned for liking the Billy Joel song. Billy Joel is awesome and wholesome.

I have tons of bannings served on The Magicbox. But that was before I implemented the spamming control so we were banning multiple spammers each day. It was starting to get that way here so I told Melf what I did and he implemented the same strategy, but doubled the number of posts a new member must make to 10 instead of 5 before they can start a new thread. Notice any spamming here? Nope. Awesome. I deserve a free mint/complete Alien Soldier and Duke Nukem 3D.

Hello everyone, this seemed like the right place to explain seeing as I cannot start a new thread for some reason.

About the Vodville spammer situation:

My good friend Blades brought to my attention that someone we knew was spamming this forum using my name, I would like to officially apologize for his behavior. He is NOT me, but someone we both knew, sorry for the trouble he caused.

I made an account to explain that, but I looked around the forum and it looks pretty cool, so I'll stick around.
