Alex Kidd for Genny compared to Miracle World?

Hi all, this is my first post int he forum. I chose my username because Psycho Fox for SMS is one of my fave games (is SMS discussion allowed here?). I also post in shmups as Dylan1CC.

Anyways, just wondering how Alex Kidd for the Genesis compares to Miracle World since it looks much closer to the first title than the other sequels.
