The forum's clock is way out of whack

All of the forum's times are wrong.

For example, it says I posted this message at 9:47pm mountain time (which is what I have my time preferences set to) but in reality it is 10:26pm mountain time.

I've noticed that. The little clock on the main forum page tells me it's 6:30PM GMT when it is in fact 7:12PM GMT.
