2 Player Co-Op Favourites

I've always enjoyed playing co-operative with a friend on my Mega Drive. So I thought it would be nice to put up a feature which tells about what the best such games on the Mega Drive/Genesis are. The style would be like the Reader Roundtable feature series, but you focus more on why this game or series is good to play as two or share a little story about it with us. The text should be as long as RR submissions generally are.

T2: The arcade game. good fun to play with your buddy. I can only think of playing against my friends in sports games at the moment. Maybe Vapor Trail? Ill think of one.

The lethal enforcers of coarse. Sports games like world cup rugby 95, nhl 94 etc. Toejam n Earl. Micro machines, contra HC. There are many good 2 playa coop games. Shadow squadron on 32x and forgotten worlds etc.

I find Gunstar Heroes best with someone else, also Golden Axe 3 is nice too.

No, I suggested if we could do more than one since so many great co-op games got left out given the few claimed and the deadline. On that note, I'll take World of Illusion. :)

I thought I'd just have time to finish getting all logos and screenshots with the weekend ahead, but I realized I don't have a very busy schedule next week so let's have the deadline at Sunday instead.

Won't someone think of the children and do a bit on Arcus Odyssey, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, and some of the other terrific, left out co-op titles?

Well, I would do Arcus except for the fact that it's very frustrating in two player mode. And I've never played Zombies with someone else.

There's really SOOOOO many good games for this feature.
