I know I'll luck out, along with Musha and a few others finding these cheap, but I wonder, is it really rare?

I recently saw a pretty beat complete copy going for $20, so I'm wondering. Kind of a rip, IMO.

Most every genesis game on my wantlist is cheap, just gotta get to the pawnshop, and or wait for them to get more games in. :D

Digit press rated it as an R5+ back when they had there rarity guide on spread sheats. They claim its worth around $30. I personally paid more for my complete copy.

Which reminds me, the digital press online rarity guide has been down for a while now. I wonder what the problem is?

Eh, I think it's kinda rare... but not that rare. I just picked up another copy for my friend for a mere 13 bucks, which I would have gladly paid more for this GREAT title!

Digital Press was hacked, the whole site went down, and not all of it is completely up and running yet.

The game regularly fetches $50+ complete mint on eBay. It is rare.

Hey, I'm sure I'll luck out at the pawn shop.

I got a Saturn and a Sega CD memory cart for $3 each, plus I got Reident Evil and Duke 3d for saturn for $3 each. So anything can happen.

MUSHA is the other rare game I want that I can think of.

Herzog is uncommon, but it isn't that rare.
It does however warrant getting the instructions with it, as commands aren't too simple.

So the value automatically goes up.

So your saying I need the manual to truely enjoy it?

I've seen the information in the manual posted online. I think I looked up Herzog Zwei instructions on google.

No, but if value of a game is on your mind, one should always buy a complete game.

Its rare.

You're lucky to find a conplete copy these days.

A shame too, because its a great game. Most people look for it now because of the "greed" factor.

I don't plan on selling it, so value isn't too important.

I actually prefer loose genesis games because they are cheaper and you don't need a manual for most games.

Wouldn't ya know... I did luck out and buy it today for $2.99 cart and box. I wish it had the manual. :(

But still a good buy.

Congrats... I've been hitting pawn shops and flea markets for a while and I haven't been able to find any games like Herzog Zwei or MUSHA just lying around.

I'm sure you'll get it back, and maybe cheap too.

Just gotta be patient!
