Inspired by a weird image I found on the internet, I have to ask... would a Power Base Converter work on a 32X? Probably not...
And yes, it does look strange and out of place. :p

No, it won't.

That's the only gripe I really have with having my 32x connected most of the time, taking it off and re-connecting the scart lead to my MegaDrive to use my PBC is a pain in the ass.

Mmm, yeah, that's why I have a separate Master System.

Having 9 of my consoles set up all the time provides enough of a wiring nightmare without setting up one of my master systems and having yet another power brick and scart lead.
I shall stick with the PBC and live with the inconvinience I think.

My Master System, Mega Drive/Mega-CD/32X and Dreamcast are plugged into the TV with RF, while my Saturn is plugged in with SCART. By plugging the RF cables into each other, I never have to rewire things to the TV.

Yes, but you're using RF which is sh*t!

Haha, yes, Retarded F**ker. I must be too short sighted and hard of hearing to notice the bad quality. :p

why dont you just use manual switched scart boxes ? my tv only has 2 scart sockets yet i have my ps2,wii,n64,snes,dreamcast,megadrive an 32x connect by scart aswell as the dvd, video and sky box and it all works nicely an never have to mess with cables at all :D

Well, thanks, but do the older consoles even support SCART without being modded?

Of course. They all have RGB output.

Master System and Megadrive both output RGB scart, the original models of both consoles use the same lead too.
Now there are no limits

I only tired scart on my Master System for the first time ever about 6 months ago.. The difference for me was so amazing I wished I could go back in time and and start my SMS days all over again! It really is worth £10 to get a scart for your SMS (or MD). It's abit like the difference between normal and HD tv.

I know how you guys feel, by my TV it looks like a giant fire hazard, I must say zip ties work very well for cord management, and you can color code them. :)

My room has three TVs, which I meanly had to show off with. I tried using the fact that I had 8 consoles to play on them as an excuse, but hat doesn't wash when I recently found I could hook all of them to a single TV with little mess.
