I say it ROCKS, and you don't even know!
except the FMV games...those suck.

Not all FMV games suck. Fahrenheit was awesome, and Sewer Shark was pretty fun.
There's plenty more to the Sega CD than just Night Trap and the FMV games.
Then I'd shove Popful Mail and Snatcher in their faces.

I loved cheesy FMV games. Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers is a blast to show your friends the pinnacle of mid-nineties Saturday morning shows =D
Underrated, expensive, too soon. Like just about every Sega-made console after it, really.

I don't think it was too soon at all. In fact, I think Q4 1992 was the best possible time to launch a CD add-on for Genesis. Genesis was the #1 selling console, it had been around long enough to be well established, and it had plenty of time left. Release it much later and you have an add-on whose days are numbered before it's even out -- ie, 32x.
As for expensive, its price dropped pretty quickly, and the games were cheaper than cartridge games.
Sega CD's main problems were attention being given to the wrong games, and the lack of a cheap combo unit.

You cant forget sonic cd... yes its been included in compilation games and even had a pc release but origs are usually better.
Wonder Dog is highly underrated.

This has some of the best games I've ever played on it. Shining Force CD, Lunar, Dark Wizard, Popful Mail, Vay... yes I'm an RPG nut.

Dark Wizard in in my top five of all time. I have been addicted to it for years since it came out. Is there a 12 step program for addicts? The RPG's definately made the system for me. Lunar, Lunar EB, Dungeon Explorer. And the way underated Heimdall. I am getting ready to start Vay. I had it when it first came out but I traded it for Lunar EB back in the day. I never had the chance to play SF cd but I hear it is awesome.

Some fansubbers subbed Kamen Rider ZO, which was the movie it stole footage from.
I'm a Kamen Rider fan, but the movie stunk.
I loved SF CD, but missed the town dynamic. It ws always fun to talk to the townspeople.

I'd pick the last one, but then follow it up by showing all the interesting games. It wouldn't take too long.
