Many of you may have noticed that with the review of Championship Pro-Am, and many others, that Reviewers have been a little "too nice" lately. I have thought of a way to change this! If a review has given a game that seems too nice or even unfair, then the score should be Overuled! The people at the forums should agree with a score, and then the Reviewer will be asked if it is alright if the score is changed to whatever was agreed apon.
I understand you like the game, but nobody else does, so don't confuse harmless n00bz!
Howabout it?

My .02...
I understand where you're trying to go with this idea -- but why should readers have influence over the score that the author gave it? If others disagree, then so be it, but this is one instance where democracy shouldn't veto someone's opinion. Besides, the context of what he/she states is more important than a number.

I think that as Long as we are only asking the reviewer to change the score, not forcing them to change the score it is a good idea.

How about if enough people violently disagree, it will be left as-is but an alternate review will be posted as well?
Something I'd like to incorporate in the redesign is a reader's score along with the reviewers, kind of like Game Stats. You read the review, and then vote a score. That way, you have more than one point of view without things getting too messy.

Just in case you quoted AND underlined the word "asked" solely for my attention, I clearly understood what he was saying. Thank you.

Only way you'd be able to pull that off is finding someone with .php experience... I am perfectly sure that you don't want to be sitting up at night manually updating that type of thing.
