Beware of ebayer Seller cpl_treasure_palace

Beware of ebayer Seller "cpl_treasure_palace". This guy sells Sega Genesis and Sega CD items. He sends the buyer degraded items (not the actual pictured items) and will not correct or refund for the item.

I looked at his feedback and many people that responded with neutral or negative, received a negative from him even though they where not at fault.

Guys like this make me ill and give good sellers a bad name!

Recently I got a retaliatory feedback from a seller who overcharged me for shipping, took almost 2 weeks to ship the games and also sent me the wrong manual for a 32X title.
When I mentioned it she said "that's the manual that was with it, there's nothing I can do".
Later on - after my last message - she bounced back and said she would refund me the auction price if I returned the manual. An auction finished with the indescribable amount of U$ 0,01!
My blood sort of boiled, so I figured, with all the good temper and patience I always cultivated on online negotiations, that this seller DESERVED a negative feedback.

BTW, what about that new eBay rule that would start on May, that sellers would be prohibited of giving negatives to buyers who completed payment?
Is this still gonna happen or is it a rumor?

It's supposed to happen, and I sure hope it does since the second we drop payment we've done our part (for the most part).
