Okay,

So, I know a lot of you guys are big on programming stuff like Beggar Prince and Pier Solar, so I was wondering if I could commission some sort of game tailored for me.

How about getting a programmer to work with me on a 32X version of Tecmo Super Bowl?

Im writing a Side By Side for it, and it popped up in my head.

Okay, then if we cant make Tecmo, lets make a football one or hockey one, possibly making a new engine or something, I dont know the first thing about programming so I need someone who does. I'll even include you so you can make an eliteserien version of it, as I LOL'd at the review for it, not a lot more reviews simply say "I LOVE THIS GAME" more than that one did. But even that has dodgy copyright issues. Just make up player names and dont use the logos, just the town names and the same colors.

Sport games were good enough on the Genny and too few are interested in the 32X. And there are arguably better games today in all sport genres. So there is no big point in making a sport game for the Genesis or 32X. On the plus side, there are a handful of games in development already, so there will be a lot to enjoy in the future. :)

BTW, in football games, do the players move in predefined patterns, or are they all A.I.?

I never played Tecmo Bowl, but I loved the SMS version of Joe Montana Football... the Genesis version really sucked, and the CD version was a fucking disaster.
