I don't know if I just became more impatient or not, but it seems like every post I make I have to wait longer and longer for someone to answer.

You have too much free time.

Sometimes it goes through lulls for a week or so and then it's frantic posting for a month or two. Some of us like to play aloof for a while and pretend we have lives.
I have a vast collection of monocles that need polishing, it takes me several days of constant graft to keep them in tippy-top condition. Hence, the reason why it may appear I'm not around.

There is very few regulars at the forums. Sure people join but then they leave like 2 days later.

I love it here. Not whole lot of regulars and I am always happy to see new posters. There needs to be more posters. I find it interesting to see what becomes a debated subject and what does not. And as everyone not everybody can check it 10 times a day like I do. On posting many times I don't agree with someone and don't care to answer rather start up any arguments which I have to be careful to avoid. Often too new post are made that have already been pound into ground long ago. I wouldn't take it to hard. I have made threads for things I found fascinating but apparently everyone else did not. It happens. We are all different.
We have a bunch of regulars, actually. They just don't all post all the time. I think the lull can be attributed to the end of semester rush, when people are gearing up for final exams and such. The same thing happens around mid October and lasts until just after new year. Things should pick up again next month.

totally right.
To keep me form boredom, I'll find another forum to visit regularly... once I'm done with going all of them, there's usually something new on the forum I started, and circle continues...

They're about 40 people browsing the forum, but I never really see any posts happening...
I don't post much, but that is usually the reason.
There isn't much to do.

Why all the hate, Smith? :fit:
Because you're a hater.
Nobody wants to be on the receiving end of Mr. Smith's wrath.
Which gives me the mental image of Mr. Smith dressed like Ricardo Montalban in "Wrath of Khan", sporting a monocle and laughing diabolically at whatever devious ideas he comes up with.
Genesis Knight sees the latest post Mr. Smith has made only to clench his fist, grit his teeth, and scream "SSSSSMMMMMMMMMMIIIIIITTTTTT!!!!"

Pretty much spot on, except I wear a top hat too.
Unlike Khan, who wanted revenge for being marooned, I am seeking revenge for the honour of Raúl Juliá. My wrath will be swift and terrible.

Personally I kinda come and go. I post on 10 different forums, but only go to 2 or 3 regularly as my interests shift. In the spring/summer, I work on my car so I'm on car forums a lot. In the winter, it's too cold and I play a lot of games, so I spend time on game forums. Also I tend to go through phases on game systems. I will pick one system, and play the hell out of it, pick up new titles I don't have, and possibly do some mods. Then after a few months I will move on to the next one. It's the only way I can possibly play all of the titles I have.
Starting last fall I went from the 360 to the Wii, then Neo Geo/Neo Geo CD, Genesis, back to the Wii (HOTD2!) and I just recently bought a new PC Engine, so I'll be playing that for a while. Sega 16 is still a lot more entertaining than most of the other forums though.

Top hat, monocle, brown suit with exposed chest area.
tres chic.
Your new theme song should be "Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top.

The only justifiable reason for revenge....or "just because".

Does that mean you're made of cows feet?

Yeah, I know. Im not holding my weight right now. I will start (and maybe finish) a review of Pigskin Footbrawl tommorow. I have a job that takes an extreme amount of time and energy and I dont write very many good reviews unless I am motivated to.

I look forward to seeing that review, trekbone! I want to know if it's worth my money. I hope it's more fun than Cyberball...

In years to come, when society crumbles and we're all eating our pets in order to survive, we will be able to trace it back to Trekbone not posting often enough.

I know the entire country of Sweden has signed up for this forum, but there is only one Swedish Android.
you said just androind... I didn't know that there was only 1 android... and only a Swedish one...

It would be an ANDROID if there were proper parts to be found in Estonia.
They broke the mold when they made Zebbe, thats why every other country is trying to play catch up.
