"Gen-X" (Megadrive/NES clone) - any good?

I just bought one of these for the sake of buying it and was just wondering if anyone has tried one out before. I know the compatability on these things if often hit-and-miss...

from what I've read on benheck the Genesis side is pretty much perfect except it isn't compatible with the 32X or Sega CD. The NES side is OK, its not compatible with Castlevania III (like most NOAC clones) but I think it was compatible with Paperboy, which most clones aren't compatible with. The only reason I don't like it is because it doesn't work with the CD and 32X add ons and you can't use real Sega controllers on it because the plug shape is slightly different.
