Mention digital comics on the Sega CD, and most people will say Snatcher. There are quite a few more than that, and one of the best has to be Dynamix's Rise of the Dragon. Filled with lots of great dialogue and an excellent storyline, it's quite a ride! Check out our full review (http://www.sega-16.com/Rise%20of%20the%20Dragon%20review.htm) and see why you need to play it!

Blade Hunter...

yeah I loved this game just for one thing. BLADE RUNNER... big fan here... shit I'm a big Ridley Scott fan to tell you the truth. Oh dear just to name his greats makes me happy. And his movies span over such different topics... always changing he is.

I mean start out on some french old timer movie, then bang out with ALIEN! all time great there. THEN go onto do Blade Runner... and Legend

look at this, it aint even the mid 80's and this bastard has GREAT movies out... beat that Cameron or Spielberg... this guy attracts kids and ADULTS.

still today with movies like "Gladiator"... jeez his business just...

wait... oh yeah Rise of the Dragon! Sorry, you get me going about my favorite directors I don't stop. Anyways, this game was one of my favs, I have always been a cyberpunk freak and I always will! And this game just seeths and oozes with Blade Runner. Just all over the place I can feel it and it makes me happy. The mood setting, the eeriness and the best...

...

pace of the game! yep, the pace is so slow but urgent at the same time. Thats the best, I love that... just like Rid... sorry

The title really threw me off when I first heard of this game.. needless to say 'Rise of the Dragon' didn't conjure up images of a cyberpunkian graphic adventure. There's a certain awesomeness about a graphic adventure done right.. I've not played this one, but it would appear the general consensus is 'asskick.'

has Sega-16 done a digital comics genre feature yet? if not I'd love to see one and if so point me to the link. funny thing is I used to hate these types of games when I was a kid but I find myself now very fond of the genre years later as a collector.

The very first feature (http://www.sega-16.com/Feature-%20Digital%20Comics.htm) I did was on DCs, but was missing a few. I had planned to make it a two-part article, but that never happened. I'll probably just add a page and make the existing piece longer. I'll need to add Adventures of Willy Beamish, Secret of Monkey Island, and although it isn't a comic - Mansion of Hidden Souls. It would qualify as a graphic adventure, no?

Heh, there are two things I'll always remember about Willy Beamish: the horrid load times and swinging my little sister to the freakin' moon!

666! OMG! Post count of the beast! :end:

Sorry to revive this thread, but I'm stuck in the sewer wires part right now. I put the red cables in just about all the places on the red wire and the wire tester keep flashing red. I'm about to stop playing this game if I don't find a way to get a green on all three wires. I've check in every faq on the net and it doesn't help at all. If there's a way to see all three wires in the places they should be on a photo, then I would be happy. Guys who beat the game, HELP ME!

Wow as a kid I ALWAYS got stuck at that part of the game too. I never actually finished this game. I think I'm going to play it again.

I hope you eventually figured out what to do.
