I have a handfull of Sega PC games and I've bought, or are going to buy the console versions. I have the PC and Saturn versions of Powerslave, and I'm going to buy the PSX version. There's a few others...
Anyone else do this? I do it for some reason.
However, I really want to get the dreamcast ports of some PC first person shooters, such as KISS Psycho Circus, SOF, Quake 3, UT, etc) but it's kind of pointless when the PC versions are much superior. Maybe I will...
I do this with Sega CD and Genesis games, like Earthworm Jim and Terminator. Maybe even some multi-platform releases, like Forgotten Worlds. That's about it though.

I have Castlevania for both Playstation and Saturn, and I have Jet Grind Radio as well as Jet Set Radio (japanese). That is all. It's just a waste to get the same thing over again.

I'm a bit of a Jet Set Radio Fan.
JGR, JGR GBA, De La JSR Deluxe, JSRF, and the JSR and JSRF soundtracks. I'm missing the PAL JSR and PAL/JP JSRF and GBA port. I Dunno if the GBA port came out in other territories though...
I also have the US GCN Ikaruga in addition to the JP DC Ikaruga, but that's it.

Well, I don't do it for every game. I have the PC versions of Midnight Club 2 and The Suffering, and I don't think I'll be buying the console ports anytime soon.

I have JGR, JSR japan, JSRF, the GBA game, and both soundtracks. I'd like to have the PAL JSR and De La, but I don't know if there's any difference in territory with JSRF. I'd also like the JSRF Sampler CD, which has songs not on the official soundtrack. I'm gonna get that poster framed.
I remember going into EB and asking to preorder Jet Grind Radio for GBA, and he was like, "what the fuck?"

If anyone tells me where to get a copy, other than Sega Parts... I'll love you.
Oh yeah, I want the netlink version of Daytona USA CCE.

Ideally I'll only buy multiple versions of the same game if there are worthwhile differences between them. I'd almost be ashamed if I owned every version of Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure.. oh god, I almost do.
Just off the top o' the head.. I have both the NES and GBC releases of Deja Vu (on the GBC in the form of Deja Vu I & II: The Casebooks of Ace Harding), SFII in Street Fighter II, Street Fighter II Turbo, Street Figher II: SCE, Mortal Kombat II for Genesis and SNES, Quake 2 for PC and N64, Doom for Jaguar and PlayStation, and finally Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure for SNES, Genesis, and GBA (The GBA one was $5 new complete, the SNES cart was free). Then of course various games owned in compliations and seperately, but those don't really count.
I wouldn't get the same game on another system unless it's better and some way different. If the price is right too.

I only buy a game on different consoles if it's really different for each system, or if I'm a MAJOR fan of the game.
