Most people hate FMV games, and mostly with good reason. There are some, however, that go far beyond the limitations of the genre and are actually...fun. It's true! Don't believe me, check out our review (http://www.sega-16.com/Road%20Avenger%20review.htm) of Road Avenger.

I played this back in 97 when I first moved here to Florida. I picked it up at the local video store and had a hell of a time with it.

I never really liked FMV... but this one was good. Really good. I've been trying to hunt down a copy of it with no luck though. Grrrrrrr.

I'm pumped because I've finally ordered a Sega CD after all of these years! I bought one a few years ago but I brought it home only to find out it was broken. I really hope the one I'm waiting for works this time...

Anyways, there are a some games I already plan on picking up and after reading this review I may give Road Avenger a shot. I'm not 100% sure I will though. I have a 3DO with some FMV games and I can't really get into them. I guess I'll have to think about it. Good review by the way!

At times I think Ken Horowitz is simply a clever satirist. When reading this article I had the same feeling once again.

"And others are simply gems."

"It also boasts perhaps the best theme song in the history of gaming (trust me on this!), which is just too good to pass up."

This was the first Sega CD and FMV game I played, so it was a new experience and I liked it. But he's really stretching it with the best theme song.

Maybe it is because I have a musical background, but that song sounds fishy. The hairs in my neck actually stood upright, and that is not a good sign.

Back during my childhood I had a list of games I wanted for the Sega CD were I to ever wind up with one. This was #4 on the list, right behind the Earthworm Jim special edition and before Time Gal.

Still haven't played it.

This is a simple instructed game, you only have to push the ricght buttons, typical fmv but Fun for shure, together with other titles it made my mega cd worth in wat it wasnt on the market,I loved the freaking mega cd,some people are still nagging that sonic cd has slowdown,So what if it has the overall is fast and good,i can remember more titles with slowdown that didnt bother me lost ans lots of snes game, but they didnt kept hiding fun for me,loved DK country etc.the game was not diffcult in explaination, plain simple, but to do it was kind of hectick which gives youre the a bit the feeling youre in control of the car its speed and steering, axeleration etc, just by pushing buttons, after finishing each level you feel pride, pushing that adrenaline,Welcome to a FMV rollercoaster right.Yeah right.  :sonic: :t: .
