Just wondering because there is a rom, and I've never seen a cart.

I've never seen one either, and given that it's a 1993 game, we should have come across one in the wild at least once or so.

There are ads and boxart, but no carts have been found.

Are you sure the box art isn't a mock up? For the longest time I thought that Body Count had gotten a U.S. release due to the box, but it turned out to be a fake.

A Fido Dido game of some kind got reviewed in GamePro many moons ago. I have nothing to back this up other than the fact I remember reading it, although this may not have been for the Genesis version. Honest!

It was reviewed, and that boxart was a mockup.

Sucks, because while it has it's flaws, it's a real neat game.
