Hello,
I would like to know if Risk is supposed to play fine on a PAL system.
Sonic 3 NTSC clearly does not. It says so clearly.
Risk, which I bought on ebay from a now-banned seller, is behaving strangely.
On my multi mega, it shows lots of weird letters on the frozen screen, some kind of debug screen.
Is that normal?
