First of all, id like to thank all contributors to this truly amazing site. Ive had much use of the reviews and release lists. Not to mention all the great articles that has filled a lot of gaps in my retro history knowledge.
There is one feature that is lacking though, and thats the EU release list. As it is, its far from complete. Id say its missing somewhere around 75-80% of all Eu releases. For me as a European gamer that is rather annoying as I rather own a EU copy wherever possible only making an exception for titles never released localy.
Im fullt aware of the fact that the site owner dosent have the time to check all releases. So this is a message to all EU gamers out there. Try to help out and send in pictures of EU releases (needed for confirmation) that you might come across. Im sure the owner appreciates it.
Ive allready started doing so a while ago. When I see a large batch of EU games for sale with pics I simply check em against this sites release list and if they arent on it i send in the pictures so that the list can be updated. So far ive sent in about 50 games. A small amount for sure, but if more ppl where to do this we could get the release date up to date rather quickly.
The Mega CD and The 32X section is in simillar need of updates. Especially the 32X one.
So lets all try to help out..mmm k?
I also have 2 questions. (answered through PM if you like since they are somewhat off topic).
1) Was the game Spirou ever released outside of Europe? I couldnt find it on the game list and the only version in a supposedly complete rom set was the EU release one. (chill dudes, i collect the real stuff). I was told that game was listed under its NA release title, but have faild to locate it.
2). Was Monster World IV ever scheduled for an EU release? When I tried playing it on my genesis system it said it was only playable on a japanese or french system. The game worked fine without an adaptor on a Mega Drive system though.
Im not a native english speaker so you will have to have patiance with any spelling errors. Plz?
Oh...and im not a girl. Thats about...it.
