A few years ago looking at ebay there were lots of offers selling Sega Megadrives for sale (ebay.at) as well as Sega Mega CDs. These days i wanted to buy a Megadrive + CD (because of Pier Solar), and what did i found ? 2 (!) Offers one at 150 euro (with a bunch of games), one Megadrive + CD without cables at 60 Euros. Is the Megadrive (Cdrom) getting that rare or just in Germany ?
Has to be just in Eurpoe. I got a Sega CD for $25.00 shipped off ebay with 4 games but no hookups.

If this is the case, I'd be glad to sell my Sega CD for $150 Euros.
I'd cut a deal and sell it for $125 Euros

I recently get an MD2 and MCD2, controllers, games and just the MCD power supply, plus courier service, for €64 thru ebay.ie, but this console came from England. You could try searching with international sellers, and maybe fork out a little bit extra for a UK to Europe plug converter. ;)

They are getting more money these days, annoyingly. But since theres tons of them around you will be able to get one for a reasonable price if you search for a while.

Go recycle shops and stuff like that, you will often find what you need for a couple of euros.
